Abdulla Rashid, heads AR INVESTMENT CORP LLC as Chairman and CEO, coming in from a two decade directorial role, with the family-owned Buset Group of companies. Abdulla’s plethora of managerial, directorial and board level roles in Buset Investments from the legacy patriarchal company Rashed Buset Trading runs in Real-Estate, Financial, Contracting, Industrial, Healthcare, Hospitality, the F&B sectors, in addition to Food trading, inclusive of fresh produce importing and distribution, industrial-volume government contracted catering, catering supplies and laundry services.
Led a series of industrial businesses in electromechanical works focusing on district cooling and power plants, additionally In infrastructural engineering engaged in structure cabling, fiber optics and hardscaping.
Abdulla pioneered in launching one of the first non-banking commodities license from the Central Bank and DMCC. Spinning into Fin-tech enterprise spearheading and international remittance service with the Philippines Central Bank and leading Telecoms provider building a network across the EMEA and the sub-Continent. Abdulla earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Marketing and Management, from California State University.

Mohana Rao, a seasoned strategy and marketing expert in the fields of technology, investments, real-estate and government is named as VP of Strategy at AR INVESTMENT CORP LLC She helped launch Dubai as a prime destination of choice for property investments, and was a part of the founding team at FORSA, the first ‘For Women By Women’ Investment firm, a subsidiary of Isthithmar World – a Dubai World Company servicing high net-worth women investor interest.
Her game-changing work with Blue Chip Fortune 100 companies namely IBM, Compaq Computers and Digital Equipment, setting up the foundations for e-Commerce, eGovernment and e-Learning; sculpted her pioneering efforts with the Crown Prince of Qatar to launch the first state of the art Olympic Sports education facility – ASPIRE.
Mohana’s global business experience has spanned from Brazil to China, with a focus on MENA and the CIS, in numerous industrial verticals. Mohana, has a BSc from Converse University in South Carolina graduating with a double degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, and is versed in an array of languages.
